I heard Manny speaking about some upcoming changes and remember the phrase “complaints go up, not down.” As I’ve worked to build a culture with our studios I’ve used that many times. Certainly want everyone to feel comfortable relaying information but gossip and complains are unacceptable. No worse cancer in my opinion.
